This is my new favorite go-to dessert! I recently re-joined Weight Watchers and am loving the program. I love to find low point treats and I am a little obsessed with this pineapple whip dessert I created. I use half a can of Trader Joe’s Vanilla Pure Protein and Trader Joe’s frozen Pineapple Tidbits. Put these ingredients in your food processor and purée away. It is amazing! I have also made it with frozen mango and mixed berries. Pineapple is my favorite so far. If you don’t like the protein drink, you could use Greek yogurt or almond milk. Enjoy!
